1. Multi-Factor Authentication in Microsoft Office 365
To protect security-critical user accounts from hacker attacks, you can enable multi-factor authentication in Microsoft Office 365. This will only allow login to the system if at least two levels of authentication have been successfully completed. A note box will appear asking you to confirm that you want to convert your PDF document to a Word document. Immediately after confirmation, you can then edit your document in Word.
